My name is Gretchen Oberley.  My family includes my husband, Tim, sons Tim Jr., and Jack, and a daughter Abby.  I also have a grandson, Aleks, age 2 who is the light of our family’s life!  My husband and I started Citizen’s Trust Mortgage in 1998 and I began my mortgage career as a Loan Processor.  We closed our doors in 2009.  In 2014, I joined Shane Kever and Dave Gibson at VSI Home Lending as a Mortgage Loan Officer. I love what I am doing and am passionate about helping people purchase their first home, upgrade to their dream home or downsize into a more suitable home for their later years.  It is a great feeling to be a part of a group of people that put others interest at the forefront of their daily work.  Whether you are buying a home or refinancing a current home, I have the right program for you.
